Drum Mix

A couple weeks ago in my studio recording class we miked a drum set to see what magic we could make. And today at 11:15 am (MST) I finished my mix of the drums. Finally!!! Now it's time to work on a Killers mix.

Recording Session

Last night we had a recording session for a choir. It was really fun learning my professor's miking techniques for 5.1 surround sound recording. It was about a five hour session, but we got it done and now it's time for some post production work. As for this past weekend, I purchased an Akai Synthstation 25 to go with the Synthstation app for my iPod. So far I love the different voices that I can play with and I love the fact that I can edit the MIDI signal to my specifications. Well that is enough for now, I have to go to school.
